In this project, I focused on enhancing supplier quality management at Enterprise Manufacturers Ltd. by centralizing data related to raw materials, defects, and downtime caused by suppliers across various plants. Using Excel for data cleaning and Power BI for analysis and visualization. This dashboard helps stakeholders identify underperforming suppliers, track defect trends, and pinpoint the root causes of downtime.
